Can you provide samples FOC (Free of Charge)?
Our products are of high value, especially the batteries. Each sample is assembled by professional technicians, involving significant time and labor costs. Therefore, we are unable to provide free samples or cover shipping costs. However, if your purchase quantity exceeds 300 pieces of a single style, the sample cost can be deducted from the bulk order (international shipping not included).
How long is your warranty period and when does it start?
The warranty period is 12 months. The after-sales period begins from the time the container arrives at the local port.
What should I do if the goods are damaged upon receipt?
For parcels, please inspect and open the package in front of the courier; you may refuse to sign if damaged. For bulk cargo, you may refuse to sign and must take videos/pictures as proof. If you designated the freight forwarder, please claim compensation from them. If we provided the logistics, we will use your evidence to discuss compensation with the logistics company. Note: compensation typically covers a portion of the damage, not the entire amount.

Will you transfer technology property rights (source code, STP files)?
If you require source code or 3D design files, this must be requested before paying R&D or project fees so we can determine project feasibility. We generally charge low R&D/design fees because our goal is long-term cooperation through the supply of finished products, rather than the sale of technological achievements.
