When a combustible gas emission signal is received, the control system starts the ignition program. A high-energy igniter generates an electric spark to ignite the pilot lamp, providing a stable fire source.
The gas is transported to the ground torch burner group through pipelines. Special nozzles and swirl devices achieve full mixing with air for uniform combustion and high-temperature flame generation.
The windproof and soundproof wall surrounds the burner group, preventing external wind interference and reducing combustion noise through sound-absorbing materials.
The control system monitors flow, pressure, and temperature in real-time, automatically adjusting gas flow and ignition states to ensure safety and efficiency.
Auxiliary systems include nitrogen purge and steam fire extinguishing. Nitrogen purges the pipeline to prevent flashback, while steam systems can extinguish uncontrolled flames in emergencies.
