Aluminum composite panel is composed of multi-layer composite materials. The above and below layers are high purity aluminum alloy sheets, between which is non-toxic low density PE core board, and with protective layer on the above shape. Normally KYNAR500 PVDF adopted for the surface coating for outdoor and PE coated for indoor.

PE (Polyester) Coating: High molecular polymer as monomer and addition of alkyd, is a UV-resistant coating. With a Warranty of 8-10 years, it is specially applied for internal decoration and signboards.
Special Colors Coating:
• Brushed Panel: Natural aluminum appearance, modern and elegant.
• Wooden and Stone Panel: Processed by film-sticking or Roller Coating for high weather resistance.
• Mirror Finish Panel: Anodic oxidation finishing makes the surface like a mirror.
Metallic & Special Effect Colors: The different appearance of color and gloss under various light conditions gives these surfaces a vivid impression. Gloss ranges from 30% to 80% depending on the coating layer.
