Roofing Sheet Structure: Stone-coated metal tile is made from corrosion-resistant metal and coated with natural stone chips attached to the steel with an acrylic adhesive. The goal is a durable roof that retains the aesthetic advantages of traditional materials like clay tile or wood shakes.
Coating composition is 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon. These products are manufactured from alu-zinc steel which lasts 6-9 times longer than ordinary galvanized steel products. This is achieved by protecting the steel core with zinc and an aluminum barrier.
Coated with natural stone chips, volcanically formed. High-temperature sintered (800ºC) colored stone granules ensure the color adheres well to the basalt, making colors last even after 30 years of UV irradiation.
High-quality acrylic resin glue ensures colored sand sticks evenly. Unlike traditional spray glue, our pour glue technology avoids granule dropout and uneven coloring.
